• Watermark images (images that are to be placed on a larger images) are limited to 2 megabytes in size and 4.1 megapixels (4194304 pixels precisely) in resolution.

• JPEG (JPG) images that can be processed are limited to 25 megapixels (25,000,000 pixels precisely) in resolution and a maximum of 30 megabytes in file size per file.

• Upscaling is not powered by Artificial Intelligence technology so, as a result, upscaled images may come out appearing mildly or very pixelated depending on the level of upscaling applied and the resolution of the image supplied to the service for upscaling.
• The scale tool will only upscale to a maximum resolution of 8.8 megapixels (8,847,360 pixels precisely) even if the calculated output resolution is supposed to be greater.

Processed Image Retention Period: Images processed with this Service shall only be retained on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours after which they will be deleted automatically.
Credits Purchase & Payment: Credits are purchased to access certain features and enhancements within the Service. Payment processing is handled through our designated third party payment processor..
No Refund Policy: All purchases of credits are final. Once payment is made, credit purchases are non-refundable, irrespective of any subsequent use or circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you cannot cancel or reverse the transaction for a refund.
User Responsibilities: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Misuse or violation of the Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account with no prior notice.
Modifications and Termination: We reserve the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
