Some of my images failed to process. What went wrong?
There are few reasons why image processing can fail. They include the following:
  • The uploaded file is not an image file
  • The uploaded image file format is not supported
  • The uploaded image file exceeds the acceptable maximum resolution or size for the format or use case
  • You have run out of image processing credits
Can I use the service for free?

Yes. You have access to 5 free image processsing credits every day.

How long do you keep my files for?

The original (input) images you upload for processing are deleted immediately after processing or, in the case of a failed attempt, the file is also deleted immediately. Processed images (outputs), however, are kept for 24 hours after which they are automatically deleted.
